As an attorney at Bremer Advokater, I handle civil court cases and advise the office’s private and business clients.

I deal particularly with cases within the car industry regarding car leasing, credit purchase contracts and cloning of cars.

In addition, I have extensive experience with debt collection and enforcement proceedings, including particularly cases within car leasing and car financing. I have in-depth knowledge of the rules in the Credit Agreements Act on purchases with retention of title.

In addition, I also deal with divorce cases, especially international divorce cases,  where I assist in connection with the division of property.

I fully understand that it can be a difficult situation, and it is therefore important to me that my clients feel involved in the proceedings, so that we can achieve a result that you can be satisfied with. When a family is broken up, there are often children involved, and I therefore also have extensive experience with cases at the Family Court concerning, among other things, contact and residence. and I also assist with the preparation of prenuptial agreements for both Danish and foreign clients. The most important thing for me is to be able to provide good, high-quality case management and at the same time ensure that my clients are satisfied, both with the case management, but also with the result.
